CANCELLATION 
Orders are generally processed minutes after an order is received and may be shipped out the same day. For this reason, many orders may not be cancelled. Any person wanting to cancel an order should refer to the return policy.

RETURNS 
Athena Tile will accept no returns after thirty days. Some order including special orders are non-returnable. All returns will incur a twenty-five percent restocking fee. Freight costs related to a returned order are non-refundable.

SHIPPING 
Most orders will be sent out via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. If, however, an order exceeds 175 pounds, customers will need to call in for special freight arrangements. Large freight orders are handled through various, independent companies. All freight is arranged through ground service only. Some of the factors that affect cost include distance traveled, and the weight and size of the material, which may include a 60lb pallet.

TO BECOME A REGISTERED USER 
Click on the Account Registration link on our home page. This will bring you to a Registration page. Enter all mandatory information in the text boxes and click on the Send button at the bottom of the page. A User ID and password will be e-mailed to your Notes e-mail address shortly after process. After you receive your password, you may login to enter the site as a registered user and start your order.
